No. Wan pkr operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each CNIC, mobile number and device may only be associated with one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email address. Wan pkr will send you a reset OTP or link. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, email support@wanpkr.im with your account details and a copy of your CNIC. The support team will verify your identity and restore access, typically within 30 minutes.

For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email address on wan pkr require identity verification. Contact support@wanpkr.im from your current registered email address and include a clear photo of your CNIC and a selfie. The support team processes these requests within two hours. You cannot change your mobile number from inside the account settings without prior verification.

For standard account use and smaller withdrawals, only your mobile OTP verification at registration is required. For withdrawals above a set threshold, wan pkr may request KYC — specifically a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. This is a one-time process. Once verified, your account is flagged as KYC-complete and no further documents are needed for future large withdrawals.

To permanently close your wan pkr account, email support@wanpkr.im from your registered email address stating that you wish to close the account. Any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on wan pkr. Date of birth is collected at registration and verified against your CNIC during the KYC process. Your mobile wallet or bank may charge its own transaction fee depending on your service plan, but wan pkr does not apply any additional charges on its end.

First, check whether the funds have left your mobile wallet or bank account. If they have been deducted but not credited to your wan pkr balance after 30 minutes, email support@wanpkr.im with your registered mobile number, the transaction amount, the time of the transaction and the reference or transaction ID from your wallet or banking app. The team will trace the transaction and credit your balance or initiate a return within two hours.

No. Wan pkr requires that all deposits come from a payment method registered in your own name, matching your wan pkr account. Deposits from third-party accounts — a family member's Easypaisa, a friend's bank account — are not accepted and will be returned. This is a standard financial compliance requirement and applies to all players without exception.

Wan pkr does not set a platform-level maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. However, you can voluntarily set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings — these limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly or increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Your mobile wallet or bank may also impose its own transaction limits independently of wan pkr.

Withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals (to someone else's account) are never permitted.

Wan pkr does not charge any platform fees on standard withdrawals. If you withdraw Rs 5,000, Rs 5,000 arrives in your wallet. Your mobile wallet or bank may charge a receipt fee depending on your plan, but this is outside wan pkr's control. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to real withdrawable PKR.
