Wan PKR Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wan pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who creates an account, accesses, or uses the wan pkr website at wanpkr.im and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, poker, slots, fishing games, Andar Bahar, esports betting and any promotional offers.

Wan pkr is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani players. All services are delivered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account on wan pkr, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, including all rules, policies and guidelines referenced within them.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on wan pkr you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Wan pkr does not permit underage players to open accounts under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual acting in your own personal capacity. Registrations on behalf of companies, organisations or third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee of wan pkr or a close family member of such an employee.
• Your use of the wan pkr platform must comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online betting is lawful in your personal jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from wan pkr or any other gambling platform without the exclusion having been formally lifted.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and current personal information during registration and keep it updated throughout your use of the platform.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on wan pkr. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device or the same IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with any balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. You will also create a password. You are entirely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Wan pkr cannot be held responsible for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your password.

You must notify wan pkr immediately via support@wanpkr.im if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Wan pkr will investigate and, where appropriate, take protective action on your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate. Providing false information — including a false name, age or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held on the account.

Deposits & Payments

Wan pkr accepts deposits exclusively in PKR. All supported payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks — are listed on the deposit page within your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.
• Wan pkr charges zero deposit fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank are outside the platform's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your wan pkr balance instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to other people is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended.
• Wan pkr reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time for security purposes.
• Deposits made in error (for example, funds sent to the wrong account) should be reported immediately to support@wanpkr.im. Recovery is not guaranteed once funds have been credited.

Withdrawals

Winning players can withdraw their balance to any payment method they have previously used to deposit, subject to the following rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• There is no maximum withdrawal limit for amounts under Rs 100,000 per transaction. Larger withdrawals may require additional identity verification consistent with standard financial compliance requirements.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Wan pkr charges no withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by your wallet or bank provider are not within our control.
• To protect players, wan pkr may require identity verification (ID card copy, selfie with ID) before processing a withdrawal for the first time or for amounts above a threshold set by our compliance team. This process is typically completed within one hour during business hours.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specific to that promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Check the Promotions page for exact requirements per offer.
• Wan pkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation. The player will be notified of any delay.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on wan pkr are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting market:

• All bets are placed in PKR. The minimum single bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from wan pkr. Bets that did not receive a confirmation due to technical failure are void.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before your bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to wan pkr's right to suspend markets during significant in-play events. If a bet is submitted during a suspension period, it will be voided and your stake returned.
• Wan pkr settles bets based on the official result provided by the relevant sporting body. In case of a result dispute, wan pkr may delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. For cricket, DLS-adjusted results count where a revised target has been set and enough overs completed under official regulations.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win. One voided selection reduces the accumulator by one leg. One losing selection settles the accumulator as a loss.
• Wan pkr reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a system error). Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.

Casino & Games

All casino games available on wan pkr — including slots, Andar Bahar, poker, fishing games and live dealer casino — operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) engines or live dealer systems. Outcomes are determined independently for each round and cannot be influenced by wan pkr or by any player.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed in the individual game information panel and are certified by the game provider.
• Fishing game rooms operate on the principles described in the Fishing Games section of the wan pkr platform. All kill probabilities are fixed and consistent for all players in the room simultaneously.
• Poker games on wan pkr use standard card deck mechanics with a certified shuffle algorithm. Rake percentages are displayed in the lobby before you join a table.
• Live dealer casino games use real cards, real wheels or real dice operated by professional dealers in a certified studio environment. Stream quality is dependent on your internet connection speed.
• If a game round is interrupted by a technical failure before completion, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your balance. If the round had already completed before the interruption, the result stands.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wan pkr regularly offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional rewards. Every promotion is subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active, in addition to the following general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are awarded to the account that qualifies for them and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for that promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wan pkr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already qualified, your earned bonus credit will not be affected, but new claims will be suspended.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — for example, by registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to access geo-restricted offers or using bonus funds in ways that violate the promotion terms — will result in the bonus being cancelled and may result in account suspension.
• Free bets are credited as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only the winnings from a winning free bet are credited to your real-money balance, subject to any stated wagering requirements.

Responsible Gaming

Wan pkr is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control. These tools are available in every account and can be activated at any time without needing approval from another department:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreasing a limit is effective immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wan pkr. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account on wan pkr.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information at any point.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the wan pkr platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses or scraping data.
• Exploiting any technical error, miscalculated odds or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker rooms or any multi-player game format.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, bets and withdrawals on wan pkr.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wan pkr support staff or other players.
• Sharing account access with another person, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game, including through the use of insider information.

Privacy & Data

Wan pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your personal data is used exclusively to operate your account, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with regulatory obligations and send you relevant communications about your account and promotions (if you have opted in).
• Wan pkr does not sell your personal data to third-party advertising companies.
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised staff with a legitimate business reason.
• You can request a full export of your account data at any time by contacting support@wanpkr.im.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Note that wan pkr may be required to retain certain transaction records for a period under applicable financial regulations, even after account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

Wan pkr operates its platform with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The following limitations apply:

• Wan pkr is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device issues or third-party payment processor delays outside our direct control.
• Wan pkr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits or betting opportunities.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout (over or underpayment), wan pkr reserves the right to correct the error. Overpayments due to technical error will be recovered from the player's balance, and the player will be notified of the correction.
• Wan pkr's maximum liability in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

Either you or wan pkr may terminate your account at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: Contact support@wanpkr.im to request account closure. Withdraw your balance before requesting closure — once an account is closed, balance recovery requires identity verification and may take up to 5 business days.
• Wan pkr-initiated closure: Wan pkr may close your account immediately if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct or if required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance will be automatically closed. Accounts with a balance will remain open and accessible.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of Terms will have any remaining balance withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes with no breach found, any legitimate balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance is forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

Wan pkr may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, payment methods or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify players via the registered email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of wan pkr after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
